The purpose of the Pennsylvania Municipal Electric Association (PMEA) is to provide the opportunity for public power municipalities in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to assist and learn from each other. PMEA's membership includes most of the public power municipalities in Pennsylvania and Associate Members, which include industry consultants and equipment suppliers.
